Biography
Grace is currently studying a Bachelor of Psychology (Honours) and has been working closely with Dr Keith Johnson for several years running the ADHD testing clinic. Seeing the need for an ADHD coaching program for patients diagnosed with ADHD as an adult, Grace and Dr Johnson sought to create this 8-week program to help with executive function, organisational, social and emotional regulation skills, with a focus on strengths and confidence building. The program is empirically based, goal orientated, and seeks to encourage clients to make their environment fit their needs, rather than trying to fit into a neuro-typical world. This is not a one size fits all program, and clients are given a range of tools and methods to find what works for them.
Clinics are currently held on Wednesday evenings.
